how many reps should a 15y/o do? im goin to weight training bcuz im on the football team, CB, but i wanna be ahead of the rest by working out outside of school.people say “dont do too much” but i think im doing enough i just having been working on my abs.

However I don’t have one of those gym balls, I would like to know if you have substitute excercises for people without the gym ball? also I am a girl I am the right weight but flab not muscle at the moment i am doing crunches and sit ups how long will it take for all the flab to go?

I heard that bicycle exercise is the best for abs. Also, captain’s chair is rated the second best. But I want to try his workouts to diversify my workout.

This is all great but I have to say that I am a little bit offended with Turbulance Training people. A month ago I have purchase the book and I have not received it, worse yet, they do not answer my e-mail when they promise an answer in less than 2 days, that doens look very professional.

Hey Craig, this routine is very similar to one i have everyone do at Highland Pk. This gives your mid-section a good burn. Good work man.
