Hi, Just curious what you think of the recipe for Jillian Michael’s weight loss drink. 60 oz. of distilled water, 2 tb. lemon juic, 1 tb. sugar free cranberry juice and 1 dandelion root tea bag. She claims you will lose 5 lb. for sure if you drink that for 7 days straight. I plan on giving your Tropical Island mint water a try also. I got rid of the soda’s back in June. No it is one tool I use to help myself and others to get motivated to get in better shape . So many so called health waters aren’t healthy at all and loaded with calories and pricey. This tastes good and is natural and has zero calories and inexpensive. Hopes it helps you.
