If the medication is making you put on weight, it may be difficult taking it off because the medication is continually putting it on.
What I mean is, I was on medication as well that was putting weight on, no matter what I did, I could not keep up with keeping the weight off because the medication kept putting the weight on. I discontinued taking the medication because of the weight gain.
Please speak with your doctor about this problem because the weight gain could become an additional problem in the future. I know people who have put on more than 50 pounds due to medication and are now depressed along with their original medical problems.
Keep exercising and try cutting back more. I exercised and cut back but it did not help. check with your doctor and check with Yahoo Answers under Advance search with the name of the medication you are taking to see if anyone else has had a weight problem with the same type of medication. Also check any blogs about the medication. These two areas is where I found out that there were others gaining weight on the medication that I was talking.
Best of luck !

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.
–Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html
Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different products and programs before you decide on one for yourself.
Hope this helps!
